Eligibility and account integrity
- Register with accurate information about yourself
- Keep your login credentials to yourself — don't share account access
- Don't create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, moderation, or restrictions
Pet profile content
- Profiles should represent real, existing pets, honestly described
- Photos and text should be appropriate for a general public audience
- Don't use a pet profile to advertise unrelated goods, services, or scams
Messaging and social features
- Use messaging and Pet Friends for genuine connections, not spam or solicitation
- Don't attempt to circumvent the messaging moderation filter
- Don't use any feature to harass another member
Prohibited activity
- Fraudulent or fake certification claims
- Attempting to access another member's account without authorization
- Automated scraping, bulk account creation, or abuse of any rate-limited feature
- Any activity that violates applicable law
