Reporting a Public Profile
Seen something wrong on a pet's profile? Here's how to flag it — no account needed.
Where to find the report link
On any public pet profile, scroll to the bottom and click "Report this profile."
Choosing a reason
| Reason | Use it when… |
|---|---|
| Inappropriate photo | A photo doesn't belong on the profile, or isn't actually a photo of a pet. |
| Inappropriate bio or text | The biography or other text fields contain something that shouldn't be there. |
| Fake or fraudulent listing | You believe the listing or certification claim isn't genuine. |
| Harassment | The profile is being used to target or harass someone. |
| Other | Anything that doesn't fit the categories above — use the details box to explain. |
After you submit
Your report goes straight to our moderation queue for review. See What Happens After You Report a Profile for the full picture.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be logged in to report a profile?
No — anyone can submit a report, with or without an account.
Will the pet's owner know I reported them?
No — reports are anonymous to the profile owner.
Can I submit multiple reports for the same profile?
Reporting is rate-limited to prevent abuse of the report system itself, but a single genuine report is all that's needed — our team reviews every submission.
Will I get a response to my report?
Reports don't include a way to reach back out to you (since they're anonymous), so there's no reply — but every report is reviewed by our team.
